Spence Land & Development was established in 2008.

During this time, we have excelled in our core area of sourcing land and property, alongside managing residential & commercial developments.

Our team has comprehensive experience of working with large, international property development companies. We have also worked with a wide range of commercial organisations, including large, national retailers, to optimise commercial and residential value in new, mixed-use developments.

Spence Land & Development is also a property development company in its own right, with a strong track record of successful residential development projects in London and South West Wales.

In addition to our own developments, we offer sourcing services for land and property, as well as project management services for property development and commercial site development. By utilising our large commercial network, Spence Land & Development is able to offer a proactive end-user sourcing service for commercial tenants / purchasers.
